docs: migrate metadata docs to the write-options API The wiki documented the old metadata model — IMetadataAware as a capability interface, a mutable dirty-tracked FileMetadata with IsModified, and the self-copy MetadataDirective=REPLACE trick. All of that was removed from the library. Rewrite the docs to match the current API. - API.md: drop the IMetadataAware section; rewrite FileMetadata as an immutable read-only snapshot; add FileWriteOptions and FileHubFeatures sections plus IFileHub.Features and FileEntry.GetMetadataAsync. - Driver-Amazon-S3.md: rewrite the Metadata section and the per-operation tables — write via S3WriteOptions, read via GetMetadataAsync (downcast to AmazonS3FileMetadata), Cache-Control now applied, copies/renames/moves always inherit the source metadata (no REPLACE path), no metadata-only update. - Driver-Oracle-Object-Storage.md: add a Metadata section (ContentType / CacheControl / user metadata; the internal _changedAt tag is stripped). - Driver-Memory.md: document that it round-trips FileWriteOptions (Features.Metadata == true), useful as a faithful test fake. - Custom-Drivers.md: add IFileHub.Features to the skeleton and a per-object metadata how-to. - FAQ.md: replace the dead self-copy answer — to change metadata, re-upload with FileWriteOptions; a metadata-only update is not exposed.
