docs: add 2.0 migration guide and align wiki with current API New "Migrating to 2.0" page documents every 1.x breaking change — including exception changes (FileAlreadyExistsException, DirectoryNotEmptyException, ArgumentException on Rename separators, UnauthorizedAccessException, OCI NotSupportedException) — with before/after and a checklist. Existing pages reconciled with the current overwrite/delete/rename/signed-upload semantics.
