docs: update wiki to match current file/directory API semantics overwrite now defaults to false, CreateFile refuses an existing target, directory Delete gains a recursive flag and silent missing-target deletes, Rename rejects path separators, and OCI signed uploads throw on header-binding options. Also documents access-denied as UnauthorizedAccessException, per-driver FileWriteOptions support, and case-insensitive glob search.
