Validate Orchestrator producer markers in Lab gate

Summary

• require EdgeEnv-preserved Orchestrator producer markers in the Runtime Intelligence bundle gate
• preserve those markers through the committed EdgeEnv and AIGuard Runtime Intelligence fixtures
• extend CI artifact gate summaries and docs for the cross-repo handoff contract
