feat: label Agent Runtime EdgeEnv preservation

Summary

• Add preservation identity/details labels to Agent Runtime Reliability reports when EdgeEnv run-show preservation context is present.
• Keep the identity row short while moving source/stage/resource/queue markers into a companion details label.
• Gate the new labels in the EdgeEnv preservation smoke and document the reviewer-facing split.
