test: gate runtime replay duration scope

Summary

• add duration label/class/frame metadata to the committed EdgeEnv/Orchestrator Runtime Intelligence fixture
• gate the generated Runtime Intelligence Markdown/HTML report for the new Runtime replay duration scope row
• align bundle manifest, EdgeEnv handoff, AIGuard alignment, CI artifact gate, and docs with the Lab-owned report marker contract
