- Remove two references to nonexistent PLUGIN_UPDATE_MARKETPLACE_DEPENDENCY.md (insight already captured inline in the same section) - Add navigation entries for CONFIGURATION.md, OPENCODE.md, design/MCP.md, and USAGE.md (all existed but were missing from the table)

Audit of AGENTS.md found one broken doc reference and several missing navigation entries.
