• Kansas was recently given an API, known to be a bit flaky
• we've asked for the following, told it will be possible
  • support for multiple sessions (right now URLs will break at end of session)
  • sponsor_ids in addition to sponsor_names
  • subjects on bills
  • complete listing of all actions (to make categorization easier)
