Mycelium is a small thing I build on my own: a product-thinking discipline for AI coding agents, so they work out what's worth building before they build it. This is where I'd actually like to hear from the people using it.
Two things I'm genuinely curious about, more than anything else.
Show and tell: if you've built something with it, or it caught a mistake before it shipped, tell that story. What you were making, what it flagged. You don't have to say anything nice about the tool. The story is the useful part.
Handoffs: if someone handed you a Mycelium "receipt" and that's how you landed here, say hi. Tell me who sent you and what you were working on. That's about the most useful signal I get.
Questions, rough edges, the bits that didn't make sense: those are gold for me. It's what I learn the most from, and I can't see your session from here. The only way I find out is if you tell me.
I'm not here to push anyone or grow a number. It's a solo project, and I'd rather build it with the people actually using it than guess. Pull up a chair.
