Show Codex account stats and raw operator tokens

Summary

• add Codex account profile token stats and activity displays across the desktop app and operator dashboard
• align account pool overview and per-account usage surfaces between WebUI and native app
• preserve runtime token values verbatim in operator/account status surfaces instead of translating them into alternate copy
