Need to find a better way to embed PDFs into the site.

Google's PDF viewer throws dozens of errors to the console and is incredibly slow to load. But each browser has different compatibility for PDF viewing. We need a good viewer, compatible with all browsers that allows us to bundle the PDFs. Ideally this viewer automatically scales and centers the PDF depending on the viewer size.
