[Issue] feat: implement service ui page

Overview

Implemented service tab on the dashboard with the following functionalities:

• List of Active, Disabled and Archived services split into two categories: Programs and Private Lessons
• Ability to move services between the Active, Disabled and Archived states
• Creating and editing services, with Stripe integration

Testing

• Added new Programs and Private Lessons
• Edited existing Programs and Private Lessons
• Moved services between Active, Disabled and Archived states
  After doing the 3 aforementioned actions, checked if the changes were reflected in the db and Stripe
