main NoScript Icon in Firefox addon bar , HoverInfoBox,Scrollbar doesn't change correctly, i.e. if lately loaded scripts beeing blocked.

What happen:
main NoScript Icon in Firefox addon bar doesn't change, if lately loaded scripts beeing blocked.

To create this file upload first try to upload the file, than allow lately loaded but blocked script, and try to upload again (see #550 (comment) )

In this screenshot you can see multiple UI problems:

• NoScript Main Icon shows the wrong number of blocking things
• The hover info presents wrong number of blocking things
• The scrollbar is not defined in a way, that all list entries could be reached
