Initial version baseline: 0.1.0

All BloxSmith blocks start at 0.1.0. This release aligns the block manifest, README version badge and tester-maintained compatibility record.

All 2 block-owned suites passed:

• tests/F5.19_directory_list_block.py
• tests/F8.16_directory_list_node_card_ui.py

This is a source release, validated in bundled-block test installations. It does not certify managed-package installation, every OS/browser or live provider availability. Other BloxSmith versions are unverified, not necessarily incompatible. The proprietary framework and private workspace test helpers are not included.
