Added a new
collationproperty for string-based columns (text,map<text>, andarray<text>).The property is now supported in both forward engineering and reverse engineering for Databricks.
Note: Databricks includes collation in DDL only for runtime versions 18 and above, even though it is displayed in the Databricks UI SQL Editor for earlier versions.
