Adding a team member as not-admin not handled properly

As a normal user when I try to use the option to add a user to the team I have no feedback that it did not succeed and no info as to why.
The option to add users should be grayed out for non-admins or in some way inform them at least that it did not succeed and why.
Preferably both - disable for non admins and handle for some corner cases

See the linked PR. Added a note, that "Only team admins can add members." and you cannot even select it anymore.
