Fixed vWii NUS Downloader

vWii NUS Downloader was unable to download any files, erroring out with 404, seems like a similar issue with d2x cIOS installer where it was connecting to the old Riiconnect24 proxy server and due to that being shutdown causing issues, this pull request fixes this via using the NUS Downloader.exe file from the normal mod version of NUS downloader

If we're going back to the regular version, is there a point in keeping a separately uploaded version? Can we just link back to the regular releases page?

In theory i think we could however we'd have to provide A 2 different title lists and B remind users that in order to decrypt vWii NUS contents they will need a different key

A better idea would honestly be to use a more modern tool such as NUSGet, replacing NUSD entirely, seeing as NUSD is unmaintained and not very user-friendly.

I was going to make a pull request to move us over to NUSget. Was waiting for other changes to merge before I did. Might sync up with @Isla-Walker or a couple others to see how we could move the guide to use that instead.

I had wondered why we didn't just link to the github, but now I understand why.

Yes I do want to eventually move to something like NUSGet (especially since nus downloader doesn't even pack vWii wads correctly) but i'm going to merge this for now so that we have something for the moment, and I cant be bothered to change the download to the github page.
