To gain greater confidence in the code while changes are introduced to the source code, private/protected methods must be unit tested.

Changes to the source code include:

• Added support for regex testing against object keys
• Support for custom replacer functions instead of having a simple string for each
• Returns the path of the original value in circular references
• Added support for custom transformer of unserialisable values
• Added support for custom transformer of circular references
• Will not serialise by default. This is to enable a faster completion of the process.
• Other general simplifications.
