dependabot link gives 404 error

Describe the issue

At the bottom of the Action page documentation https://github.com/hacs/action
the link to dependabot returns 404 error.

URL of the 404 error page is: https://github.com/features/security/github-actions/

The dependabot page is no help to work out what HACS needs done to enable dependabot.
