TIF (RPZ format only): Split into two parts due to GitHub file size limit

Due to the size of the TIF (Threat Intelligence Feed) list in RPZ format and its proximity to GitHub’s file size limit, the RPZ variant has been split into two parts.

The existing, RPZ non-split TIF list will remain available through the current links until 2026-08-13.

After that date, only the split RPZ version will be maintained and published.

How is this meant to be used? Concatenate both? The second one is missing the NS localhost. entry and therefore fails named-checkzone:

zone rpz.tif2/IN: has no NS records
zone rpz.tif2/IN: not loaded due to errors.

There's a bug in the generation process; it will be fixed.
