Interested to know the background on righttointelligence.org being added to wildcard/tif.medium-onlydomains.txt

As per the title, I've seen righttointelligence.org shared on social media and I am interested to know how it came to be flagged.

I'm a mod on a subreddit where I saw it shared and noticed it was blocked by this blocklist. I'm not saying it is or isn't a malicious site but am more looking for guidance as to if it truly is malicious and if so what it does so I can inform the community.
