Touts (or Shills)
The name essentially explains everything. The role of touts is to acquire clientele for scammers. They don't differ in appearance from the scammers, but they don't collect fees. If an entertainment-hungry internet user falls for registering on a tout's website, they will be redirected to a related
"extractor" site, which will charge an appropriate fee.
I did not check all of this domain is active/blocked by Hagezi's TIF/PRO.
Some domains are already blocked - not all.
