  1. 调整哈希计算 文件大小阈值为 10mb
  2. Adjust the file size threshold for hash calculation to 10mb
  3. 并且附件下载过发送哈希值,防止客户端重复计算哈希
  4. And the attachment has been downloaded and the hash value is sent to prevent the client from repeatedly calculating the hash.
