Use Playwright for e2e tests instead internal testing stencil tool #901

The current Stencil e2e testing setup relies on Jest 29, which uses deprecated libs (glob 7.2.3). The recently introduced replacement, jest-stencil-runner, only supports unit tests and does not provide support for e2e testing.
Describe the solution you'd like
Here stencil team recommended to use Playwright for e2e tests. Also Playwright can be used for visual tests, which we need to add anyway
According to the Stencil team’s recommendation, Playwright should be used for e2e testing. Playwright would also allow us to introduce visual regression tests, which are needed regardless, making it a good long-term replacement for the current e2e testing solution.
