GovernDiff v0.6.0 is live - try the synthetic policy-change demo

GovernDiff is now public: a local-first CLI and GitHub Action for reviewing policy changes across digital PDF, DOCX, HTML, Markdown, and text.

It aligns moved, split, and merged clauses, then runs deterministic English/Chinese checks for changes to duties, permissions, scope, authority, deadlines, thresholds, exceptions, definitions, effective dates, and cross-references. Findings keep their before/after source evidence and confidence reasons. No document upload or LLM is required for the core flow.

The most useful feedback is concrete and reproducible:

• a minimal synthetic example involving tables, article renumbering, bilingual wording, or split/merged clauses;
• installation friction on Windows, macOS, or Linux;
• one false positive or false negative with the smallest possible before/after text.

Please do not share confidential policy documents. A small synthetic reproduction is ideal. Reply here for general feedback, or open an issue when there is a reproducible defect.

The current Action tag is v1.0.2. The linked Draft PR shows the hosted cross-platform tests, CodeQL, dependency audit, reproducible build, and artifact scan rather than relying on screenshots alone.
