v0.1 Basic data analysis TD1 - TD2

The main objective of this first project is to be capable of understanding and implementing different data analysis of data using pandas and other visualization tools such as matplotlib and numpy.
We will be using the following public data:

Data of walking routes in the city of Lyon:
https://data.grandlyon.com/portail/fr/jeux-de-donnees/boucles-randonnee-metropole-lyon/donnees

Data of route accidents in France of 2018:
https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/bases-de-donnees-annuelles-des-accidents-corporels-de-la-circulation-routiere-annees-de-2005-a-2022/

• The original Guide to create this binary is in file called td1-2.pdf
• To run .py file you can download all files and add to ./data/ folder in following routes.
  • ./data/td1/evg_esp_veg.envpdiprboucle.json
  • 'data/td2/caracteristiques-2018.csv`
  • data/td2/usagers-2018.csv
  • data/td2/vehicules-2018.csv
  • data/td2/lieux-2018.csv
