- Add bottomRef to Messages and Chat, auto-scroll on receive/send and on conversation create (100ms setTimeout)
- Prevent duplicate conversation creation with creatingConversation flag
- Upsert conversation_participants for both users and use onConflict
- UI tweaks: modal restyle, avatar size, cancel button style, empty-state message when no messages
