Introduce a new documentation page for the Halo shop WeChat mini-program (docs/user-guide/shop/mp.mdx) and its versioned copy for v2.24. Add the preview image static/img/user-guide/shop/mp-preview.png and update sidebars.js and versioned_sidebars/version-2.24-sidebars.json to include the new doc. The page explains how to obtain, configure and publish the mini-program (links to the official template repo and docs are included).
