Windows port of Claude Usage Tracker

Hi! I saw my brother using your tool to check Claude usage and I loved it, but I'm on Windows, so I decided to port your project to Windows using WPF/.NET 8, you can check it out here: https://github.com/TobiiNT/ClaudeTracker.
It's still not as complete as your project, but I'll keep maintaining it inspired by your repo. Would you be open to adding a mention or link in your README for Windows users? Happy to submit a PR if so.

Thanks for the warm words! The port is still a bit rough around the edges. there are some minor bugs I want to fix and a few features from your project I'd love to bring over first. Once it's in better shape, I'll come back with a proper PR for a referral link. Looking forward to it!

Quick update — I've polished the Windows port significantly (v1.2.0 is out), so I went ahead and opened that PR for a README mention: #180. Thanks again for the kind words earlier!
