UI Improvements

• Manual Session Key Always Visible: Replaced collapsed DisclosureGroup with always-visible section and OR divider in both Personal and API Console credential views
• Removed Incorrect CLI Tracking Note: Removed the yellow "Usage tracking uses Claude.ai credentials" note from CLI Account view
