Fixes #4.

  • Moves both plugin skills to documented skills//SKILL.md layout.
  • Removes the Claude Code skills: ./ manifest override rejected on Windows.
  • Bumps jetpack-compose-audit to 2.1.1 and compose-agent to 1.2.1.
  • Adds bin/ci checks for plugin validation, README links, JSON manifests, layout, and version consistency.

Validation: ./bin/ci passes locally with claude plugin validate for both plugins.
