Feature: Add Scroll to Top Button #46
Description
Currently, when users scroll down a long page, they need to manually scroll back up, which can be inconvenient.
To improve user experience and navigation, a Scroll to Top button can be added.
🔹 Proposed Solution
- Add a floating button (visible only when the user scrolls down).
- On clicking, it smoothly scrolls the page back to the top.
- Ensure the button is non-intrusive, responsive, and styled consistently with the website theme.
