OpenRustClaw v1.45 ships the delegated-agent fabric milestone.

Highlights:

• promoted Cursor into the supported delegated-backend path through its documented local cursor agent surface
• added trusted remote backend inventory and multi-host fabric signals
• added durable route policy, route receipts, and recovery hints for delegated execution
• built a dedicated routing console across Control UI, CLI, and inspect
• added a guided first-task launch path after onboarding or repair

This release is a milestone archive marker for the shipped planning slice. It is not the public semver crates.io package version.
