hotfix: apple-icon.png with transparent bg#14

The existing apple-icon.png had a solid black background baked into the file. Slack (and most modern unfurlers) pick apple-touch-icon as the favicon source because it's the largest icon advertised, so every unfurl/iMessage/Discord card showed a black square with a tiny Q. Swap in a clean 180x180 PNG with transparent bg. Slack will now composite the Q over its own card background — reads cleanly on both light and dark themes.
