How do I try the RDLeader public demo safely?

Short answer: use the public fake-data path, not any private DevPlan state.

pnpm install --no-frozen-lockfile
pnpm docs:check
pnpm demo:reset
pnpm demo:server
pnpm dev:web

Then open http://127.0.0.1:5173.
