docs: add complete serial command reference Publish a GitHub Wiki reference audited against OrcSDR main at 427c8c6. Document transport and authentication, radio and DSP controls, receiver-driver settings, UI and regression commands, RF Lab workflows, every visualizer view and control ID, Wi-Fi/C6/coexistence/location operations, SD and IQ binary transfers, LoRa host integration, documentation capture, and paired-host maintenance commands. Add the page to the wiki sidebar. Correct stale copied details for supported tune bands, signal field units, catalog aliases and pack count, and SD upload command naming.
