Take your mouse over the wheel and scroll to spin wheel. That will stop on arrow and show the details of the whatever is against that arrow. You can fill in the details which ypu want show in the script.JS file which hold all the if condition. It is open source, you download it modify it and use it as per your requirement. You can change the size of the wheel and contents of it.
Moreover I also made it responsive , and has touch support for spinning the wheel.
