- Add SettingsDialog component with controls for vim mode, minimap, word wrap, line numbers, font size, tab size, and theme
- Integrate monaco-vim for vim keybinding support in the editor
- Replace separate localStorage keys with unified EDITOR_SETTINGS_KEY
- Add separate mq-dark/mq-light Monaco themes with system/light/dark toggle
- Add vim status bar display in footer
