✨ feat: support bundled tools from harehare/mq releases#392

Add MQ_BUNDLED_TOOLS set (lsp, dbg, test, crawl) so these tools are fetched from the main mq repo instead of separate mq-<tool> repos. Pass version to bundled tools to respect the specified release tag.
