text.accent is currently fg3, but text is fg1. text.accent is used to indicate which search modes are active, but the contrast between fg1 and fg3 is so slight you cannot tell the state of these buttons. I had to add an override for text.accent to use the blue accent color for these buttons to be usable (see the effect below).
