updates shared topics to describe ipv6 support for tfe

What

TFE is claiming support for IPv6 networks in v202505. I have updated the TFE docs, but some shared topics must also include information about IP version support. This PR makes corresponding changes to shared topics per PR 2348.

Do not merge until after the v202505 enterprise release.
