fix: names of options in public namespace

What

• Updated the names of the options available in the claimed namespaces against providers or modules.

The Resync artifacts section also require changes, but I am not sure how to split the provider and module variants for this.

Why

• The current version of docs do not match the provider/module options available on the public namespaces UI in HCP Terraform.
