Improve the spec elicitation process and UX improvements

The process should be as follows:

1. goal
2. QA
3. assumptions
4. requirements
5. And simultaneously we are building the specs.
6. At each point we can query AI Assistant which has context-awareness and is capable to edit the database records. (or at least UI, as it's autosaved)
7. bonus if the specs can be executed by coding agent.
