[BUG]: agent not retrieving gpu status

We notice that the hashtopolis agent not retrieving any gpu status (temperature, gpu util etc) and send it back to the server. this only seems to happen with ubuntu 20, and cuda 13 with driver version 580.95.05. Nvidia-smi does return the proper values, so it seems to go wrong somewhere in the code where this data gets retrieved.

Did you check that hashcat actually prints the corresponding data? Because if just nvidia-smi is printing it, it does not mean that the Hashtopolis agents gets it, there it depends on Hashcat delivering this data in the status output.

The bug seems to be in Hashcat, hashcat will always return a gpu util of 0 for this node, even when nvidia-smi shows a higher util. I will close this issue
