Ban reason cannot be viewed without modifying #3
Description
It is not possible to view a ban reason that overflows its column, without focusing on the input field and inevitably triggering a modification. Perhaps the ban reason could show in a bubble on hover, or the 'modified' status is only updated when the value actually changed.
