Index miss haddock words on package page

Hi,

I noticed that package search for "pandas" does not return Frames package, nonetheless there is pandas word used several times.

haddock paragraph visible on package page:

"This is a trivial program, but shows that performance is comparable to Pandas, and the memory savings of a compiled program are substantial."

Indeed, the hackage search covers package names and descriptions, not readme files, which is where that text appears.

Enriching hackage index with capitalized or camel case words extracted from readme would improve search.
