Would a human-readable "Uploaded" time be more appropriate

I think it might be more useful to have a human readable time for the "Uploaded" field on a package's contents page. Something like: "Uploaded: 8 months ago" instead of the (second precision) ISO8601 date currently there.

The relative time addition sounds like a good idea. Yet it might be tricky, as the rendering is pure
and we don't know current time. Also packages are behind CDN so are cached.

I.e. I don't know if it will work.

Tooltip shows the more "human date" btw, but it's also absolute.

If we are talking about https://hackage.haskell.org/package/{pkgName}, a simple js script will do the trick.
