Retrie: handle names properly (revisit after facebookincubator/retrie#10)

Currently the retrie plugin doesn't handle identifiers semantically, only syntactically. This means qualified names are not matched, amongst other issues. The underlying retrie issue is https://github.com/facebookincubator/retrie/issues/10
