A small, self-contained piece of code that:
- Serves no practical purpose
- Brings disproportionate joy
- Exists primarily because it can
- May be written in COBOL, Brainfuck, or any other language that was never meant for such frivolity
- Often involves neon static, floppy disks, or surgical checklists
- Cannot be explained to normies without a 10-minute preamble
- Is nonetheless treasured by its creator
