Requesting review since I updated the gemspec and bumped the VERSION. We aren't pushing to gems.www.lib.umich.edu, but we also don't want to push this to rubygems; not sure if we want to revise that section or not. AFAIK we only use this gem here https://github.com/hathitrust/babel/blob/1a6913c4d22fc20371262bc9d78b728cf84f194a/stage-item/Gemfile#L12 but might use it elsewhere in the future if we have more ruby stuff that interacts with repository storage. |
